Ed Cross has been doing sport all his life, he loves the competitive nature of sport, wanting to be a professional footballer when he was younger but realising he wasn't very good, he excelled in several other sports.
Our conversation, explores those sports as well as how he got into multisport, primarily triathlon then later duathlon. We discus Eds evolution from sprint into the longer distances where he don several Ironman races as well as challenge Roth, which has been his favourite race of them all.
He then moved into representing GB in his age group several times and wants to do it again in a third discipline, having braced triathlon, duathlon so far.
