GCC Talent Ep.22 - Who is hiring: GCCs or IT Services?

The last 5 years since the pandemic has seen multiple cycles of spikes and troughs in hiring in the Indian IT Sector. The recent trends have however been in favour of GCCs, as being more consistent in hiring compared to IT Services cohort. Do the higher net additions that GCCs cohort have done point at a larger & long-term trend? What do the numbers say?
