In this episode of the Grow Clinton Podcast, Andy and Jenny interview Regan Michaelsen of Information, Referral & Assistance (IRAS) Services in Clinton, Iowa.  The mission of IRAS is to connect people in need with appropriate services, identify and respond to unmet community needs, and provide emergency assistance to individuals who fall through the cracks in the human service network.IRAS is a clearinghouse for a network of more than 200 local human service agencies, churches, and civic organizations. In this capacity, the office can identify and help eliminate duplication of aid. It can also pinpoint families not eligible for aid elsewhere and coordinate assistance throughout the network.
