He just received the Chef of the Year Award at Chicago's Good Food EXPO, and is a 2019 James Beard Award nominee in the category of best chef/Great Lakes Region. He joins Mike Nowak and Peggy Malecki in studio to talk about what it means to have a "farm dinner" in an urban restaurant.
