一個問題無邊煩惱

人的問題其實只有一個，那就是──現在的問題。但是，當我們現在遇到問題時，往往將這個問題，牽連到過去的事情上，並想像許多還沒有發生的事，因而引發期待或擔憂的心緒，造成許多的煩惱。明明就只有一個問題，人們卻攪弄成很多個問題。對於現在的問題，我們只要盡力面對就好，沒有人規定「一定」要解決，盡在當前，活在當下，內心清清明明，弄清楚實況，無所貪求，這就是解脫煩惱的生活。
