The RKSS Film Collective, directors François Simard, Anouk Whissell and Yoann-Karl Whissell, first came on the scene a few years ago with their Mad Max meets comic books and VHS nosalgia celebration 'Turbo Kid'. Now, RKSS is back with the equaly nostalgic yet entirely different 'Summer Of '84', a serial killer next door suspence thriller that mixes 'The Goonies' with 'Rear Window'. RKSS sat down with me at San Diego Comic Con to talk about making 'Turbo Kid', playing with nostalgia and filmmaking.
