A survey from Google shows that 93% of workers aged 22 to 27 use AI tools like ChatGPT or Google Gemini AI weekly. These individuals, labeled "young leaders," express confidence in AI usage, despite concerns about job automation risks in the next decade. They leverage AI for productivity tasks such as taking meeting notes, writing emails, and overcoming language barriers. Over half of respondents share AI experiences with coworkers, while 75% recommend effective AI tools to peers. AI writing capabilities stand out, with 70% using AI for drafting email responses and 88% benefiting from proper tone establishment in communication. About 80% wish to harness AI for managerial development and effective team leadership. While many view AI as a means to optimize repetitive tasks, 62% predict job displacement by AI in the next ten years.
