We’ve often wondered how citizens encounter policy: usually late, often overwhelmed—and too often spoken to, not spoken with. We wanted to slow that down. To create something that doesn’t assume prior knowledge or deliver a lecture, but makes space for curiosity, disagreement, and a simple, powerful question: What if?That reflection led to the Gen C Podcast by Civis, where “C” stands for Citizen, Conversation, and Change.
