I recently had a conversation with Certified Inclusive Professional Katie McCalla (Katie's personal pronouns are They, Them) who identifies as a Non-binary person. I know pretty-much nothing about this topic outside of the many debates I've seen on YouTube, or sound bites I've seen on Social Media. I do not agree with all of Katie's thoughts, perspectives, and views though I wanted to hear what her perspectives were and what I could learn.
