Welcome to The Inspired Women Podcast. In today’s episode your host Megan Hall interviews Crissi Dalfonzo. Crissi Dalfonzo (she/her/hers) currently serves as the Assistant Director of the LGBT Resource Center at Cornell University, where she has worked since the fall of 2018. In her role, Crissi provides education, advocacy, and support to LGBTQ+ college students. She has a background in fine art and a career of 10+ years in higher education, and has specifically been working on LGBTQ+ issues for the last 4 years. Crissi is passionate about social and racial justice, gender equity, inclusive language, and knitting. She loves all things rainbow, sparkle, and unicorns and enjoys imbuing them in her work on a regular basis.
