When Ukraine Prosecutor Viktor Shokin was looking into Hunter Biden’s relationship with Burisma, it was Joe Biden who told the Ukrainian president that $1 billion of American funding was on hold until Shokin was fired. The Ukraine conflict has drained Ukraine of fighting age men. Many have died and many have left the country.
