Generating Your 'Wish List'

Sometimes we procrastinate with things that are important to us because they just seem so overwhelming and daunting. As always, little steps leads to big results. Sue, has wanted to own an investment property for years and here she kindly takes us on this journey with her. We can pick up valuable property investing snippets from so many different places and put these ideas into our own armoury for when we need them.Sue is new to property investing but instinctively she knew to do her own due diligence before going to her first viewing. And as much as she loved the beautiful building and fabulous, light, airy and spacious Georgian apartment that she viewed and as much as she really wanted the property....she knew she had to walk away from it.... and as a result she had more to add to her 'Wish List' and keep on looking....
