Generation Justice #18

Hello and welcome to another episode of the generation justice. I am happy puker game mustard and with me today I have four energetic teens ready to get their education on first and foremost we have Carrie played by Bailey. Hi. I'm ready for anything at this point.

I suppose Give us a give us a two-centers break under your character Currently doubting her faith scared But not naked okay. Okay. Well, I guess I guess newcomers could be We have Fiona played by Maddy. Oh, hi.

I'm back guys. It's been a while two two set is breakdown. What's your character? Demigod what?

Okay, we have Sophia played nine Nicole Okay, and we have chance played by a matter Alex said that there's only four happy teens that were here But really there's five of us and that's a real secret. So I played chance. I'm at you. Hi, um and chance is a good luck boy who also runs business on the side.

Excellent. Excellent. So Last we had on generation justice after a little DB left with his mom and areas into the great beyond taking kubo with him Some time passed it was it was sad everyone had remorse is Fiona came back to town And school kind of went on as normal there was some sort of event during one of the gym classes But you're hearing mixed reports of what what happened there So it was kind of a confusing hubbub of a situation and no one's really given the straight story But uh, so it was a pretty normal school. They got a lot of uh normal school stuff situated And so we are there in class and uncle slam announces to the class.

He says Okay, children in the next couple weeks. We're gonna have some uh universities and colleges coming in You know scowls and talent beyond your best behavior. Do your uncle proud, you know, uh apply to the ones you want Or don't I don't know. I can't tell you what to do with your future He gives you that speech and then uh everybody kind of uh, I was gonna say lines up, but that's really elementary school Everyone's online about the door But everyone goes to the gymnasium area where there's like a lot of uh booths set up by different Colleges and recruiters and stuff and it's basically today is kind of um, what do they call it when college just comes come scowl?

It's a college fair. I believe because I've been to one of these before Yes, basically that it's a college fair So all the kids can like look at the schools and pick up applications and get information and stuff And uh, everybody escorted to that so like the whole school is in this huge gymnasium bunch of booths bunch of colleges and trade schools and like people who are looking to hire like there's burger king. They're like, why go to college? Oh Tom will test university Yeah, all of you have gone there unless you decided to skip did anybody decide to skip the college yes chance will skip Okay, chance.

What are you doing instead of doing the college fair? Alex. I have work to do I'm sorry. I'm sorry for my ged.

It's okay. You're gonna test out. Okay. All right, so you guys study your ged I'm from the end of high school.

You're gonna go for your ged Yeah Schools I'm forgetting get my ged or you can just finish like the last two months Yeah, like we're graduating if you Whatever all right. So karae fiona and so fia are you guys going to the college fair? So fia's gonna go to every table and get as many pens if she can okay? I suppose i'm just gonna walk around trying to figure out what a person of my standards and talents can do Okay, yeah, karae.

What do you do? Did Luke go to the college fairs is only kind of for the powered kids That's everybody everybody is it's it's for everybody. There's there's powered schools or not power schools and um, so it's like it's a big mix of stuff Yes, he's probably gonna walk around with him and i'm not looking at any kind of powered university I'm only looking at the ones that are like kind of mundane. Are you holding hands?

Yeah, I was about to say holding hands right? Yes, yes, we are Progress so there's a couple of universities that that everyone is making kind of a big deal They seem like the the cocks of the walk so to speak that everybody's kind of giving the most attention to there is Cointonites university central diamond at preparary school and a heedril academy What's the difference? Heedril academy seems to be like the the big prestigious one for up-and-coming superheroes like a lot of superheroes that get like Contracts with cities or get on big teams that kind of come from this like prestigious school It's like they get like the big people to come and do like guest lectures and stuff like that And they're very selective quite in that university is more kind of a it's more of a local school like it's like a city or two away and It kind of lets in most people and it's a it's a mix of all kinds of students Yeah Central diamond prep is a preparatory school for girls to get into further colleges It's mostly female Yeah, our female after all yeah, so it's like it's a it's a prepper it's a prepper school. It is located in the england Okay, interesting very interesting.

Are you guys all together or are you split up here's a question? Right, but are those two with you guys? I don't know. I feel like I probably follow Sophia around and if I saw Fiona, I would keep her in my mind You don't know about Fiona last time I looked away you disappeared Okay, cool.

Okay. Oh, I'm gonna go if if I run into Gina, I'll ask you some questions But I'll just be walking around in school. Yeah, she's still visiting her family Gina has not been in school. You three and Luke are walking around together.

Yes, I guess I don't know how long that's gonna go because Sophia's gonna be like stopping and everything and talking to like every school But she's she's got her eyes on that big one that I already got the name of In a key troll. Thank you You guys actually are you guys approach the the booth for anhedral academy You know a little bit about the school the the dean is a Semae retired superhero from Japan. She's like the quintessential Japanese superhero And her name is celerity and she she kind of runs this school as well as protects Japan And there is a recruiter there who seems to have multiple powers because he's talking to a bunch of kids all at once There's like six or seven of them But the most lively conversation is one of this multiple power man's selves is talking to a student that you've seen around school a couple of times The kid in a white hoodie they seem to be super friendly with one another and Soon to be getting along like they're like they're kind of old friends and we're gonna cut over to that conversation And uh we have mark Good Yeah, surprise. Yeah, and give us a little rundown of what your character looks like at the moment.

Um, my character it looks like a Kind of okay looking Japanese slash New Zealand teenage boy Who is in a white hoodie white jeans white tennis shoes And uh, he's has a white backpack on Does it does it ever get hard to clean? Yeah, it does. He uses a lot of bleach Is it like character's closet where everything is just the same as all white? Uh, yeah, he has he's some offshades white.

He has eggshell Look, I just want to say that this is not a tie-dad Well, first what's your character's name at the moment? And my character is named Gavin Green Okay, uh, so Gavin you're sitting there and you're talking with somebody that you knew from from kind of back in the day He's a few years older than you so he's kind of a teacher's aide as well as a student and a recruiter for Adhedral academy and his name is manifold Um, and he is he's sitting there chatting with you. You know for a long time He's also a multiply himself and is talking to some other students giving them pens and brochures and such and he's like so How's it been going here in a river? That's been going pretty good.

Uh besides there's some sort of troubling here that I'm trying to check down besides that It's that's a nice place. I mean you're already getting mixed up in it, dude You know when I was in high school I had like no eyes on the hero business And I was super lucky to get in this academy and it really turned my stuff around I'm telling you if you're really interested in the hero business. This is the way to go I didn't I didn't really want to get in the hero business I'm fine with you know beating up on monsters and things like that But it's kind of where my life is taking me at the moment. I guess well I'm here's the thing man.

We got a pretty exclusive list But I've got I've got the ear of the dean and if you really want in brother you let me know and I will push some papers across the desk man because I would love to go to class with you again We haven't hung out in a very long time. We haven't and um, yeah, I'll think about it But right now uh I got some stuff in my plate, but I'll keep it in mind All right, and you know in the girls carry Fiona and so you guys approach as you as you see this part of the conversation in the Manfolds and if you see anybody here with some talent, let me know there's only so much information I can get from shaking hands, you know Yeah, sure um I will give a head nod over towards the that group that just came up Oh, I'll say I'm gonna say I've out of everyone here I'll go over doing a kind of whisper and be like I've at least seen those ones in action and at least two of them the the the shadow the girl with no arm and the And the girl who has that like giant smile on her face where else she's walking her's the booth You know leaves Approach the you guys all approach the booth. I know this Yeah, you do notice the guy I'm just gonna turn very slowly and make pointable eye contact because I did try to chase you down about a month ago Why are you staring at that guy? I think I know him.

Do you want me to go like bring him over? No? Okay, that girl's gonna be a weird looking like she's with a boyfriend so I don't know like Are they into that do you think? I don't know you're gonna ask she just stops and she just like turns the mouths.

I know you Did she just mouth I want you She's being real weird the college fair is not a place for this I'm going to set the table like it's probably some college student there like oh yeah, I'm like here I like your pen. I'm gonna go over to the guy gonna be like hi. You know, no you don't know sprocket How do you do? Uh he he splits into multiples and continues his conversation with Gavin green as well as hands you append in a brochure and he's like oh my name is Manfold this is a real cat I mean he starts opening the pamphlet pointing out buildings and stuff I was actually talking to Kevin, but okay.

Oh, well, okay. Well, anyway, uh, manfold as you're approaching he splits anyway to give you a pen He's just doing the recruiter thing where he is I'm doing you can approach grab Gavin as well. I'm doing good. How are you?

I'm well You interested in this account of school academy not really but my mom is kind of pressuring me into going here This is gonna seem weird, but apparently like a month ago. There's a skeleton attack at the school. Were you there for that? Yeah, I was Okay, because my other friend over there says she notices you and I think she might want to talk to you about that or something I don't know.

This is awkward. I'll give you that they usually do all the talking really I don't know especially the one who's like currently obsessing over the pens I'm like Yes, tell your friend that she wants to talk to me about it. I'm here you can approach me I have no problem with talking with people. I'm gonna look back and say he's cool with talking I'm now gonna look at this.

I'm now gonna talk to this guy who just is still talking to me I got recruiting stuff and see if they'll take demigods Oh, do you believe it you believe that demigod bullshit you didn't realize gods don't exist right? I'm gonna say it like yeah They're not gods. They're just medists who seem to think that they're better than everybody else who try to put themselves above everyone up in his face Listen here. Yeah, little shit.

Hey, Karen. Hey, if anyone should be the most offended. It should be me I know DB you liked him a lot, but no Sad guy that they're bringing out that DB guys who have seen other news. He's not a god He's just some blue mutant freak who seems to think that he's better than us and oh he can look at what I know a thousand other people who can heal I've seen heroes out there that what makes him a god over them.

I got a plus five on my fight too. I don't I don't want to do I'm just trying to slip away from her right as you do that Kerry Manifold multiplies like six or seven times and he's like pulling you out of the arena I'm like getting in between them and I'm like just Viciously pointing at him. You don't know shit about DB. You don't talk about DB.

Hey DB's a great hero He's just not a god because gods don't exist. I understand or respect your views, but Gods do exist or the place I've stayed after the past 16 years of my life have just been some random parallel dimension You've stayed at a place and there are different places in this world We live in a world where there are tons of different universes within our own that we can get to so yeah You could have been a parallel universe plus what proves to me or proves to you that you guys are gods over anybody else who has powers True. I mean that's your opinion. I guess yeah, and it's the right opinion, but oh, okay I don't know if it's the right opinion, but it's your opinion.

You're right look all I know is I've been raised by Various gods. I've met various gods. I've been the places that you would not believe Oh, I've been places you have not believed you know what I thought a dragon once I also once fought a giant monster that was made out of makeup. So seeing gods isn't that really amazing because they're not gods They're just met us.

Okay, that's great. Who is all staying at this booth? Kerry has been escorted out by a number of I'm gonna go back over and I'm gonna be like hey, what are your religious views on gods? Were you saying this too?

I don't know manifold salarity Salarity salarity is not there. Oh, she's just the oh she's a famous. I'm gonna talk through a beautiful and be like do you accept them? You gods?

We don't really discriminate on power sets or even people that don't have powers. It's just basically we're a school that Gears people towards the the heroing lifestyle. We've trained a number of people that don't have powers at all. I mean So we don't really discriminate whatever you can do whatever you can't do we're here to find a niche for you and Hook you up give you connections teach you the ins and outs of the business So how hard would it be to get into the hearing business without like set a connection from a university?

Well, here's the thing you You can you can get into the hero business by going out on the street in punch and a robber But we we do proper training. We offer licensing paths. We can do internships with larger teams All that kind of thing. So it's it's basically can you start your own business or should you go to business school?

I see what if you've already interned with some heroes right? Well, I mean that's up to you We're just we're here for the people that might not be able to do that on their own We do all sorts of things. So if you can go strike out on your own more power to you We're just a resource here to rear the best heroes we can and we go with license we licensing we teach law We hook up with policing units so that we can all be on the same team because a lot of times row heroes Sometimes don't abide by the law. Sometimes they Sometimes they don't even know the law.

So we're here to you know bridge that gap They don't have a mascot really They're more focused on academics and they don't really participate in sports stuff. So sport kids sports kids not playing Unless he really wants to stick to his dad Yeah, you want to be rebellious? It's basically you go around and ask questions and hear about their like various programs and everything like oh, how's your so-and-so program? Do you have a job for your There's too many people.

Oh, yeah You just ask like what kind of programs they have and what they can do for you and stuff like that And then you then you can apply later. Um, they give you information brochures and talk about their facilities Tell them a little bit about yourself too. Yeah, yeah, like Because like the recruiters keep notes and then like when people apply they're like, oh, yeah, I met this kid at the john fair and They impressed me with this or that. Okay.

Yeah, he's probably showing off all our answers What's colonel is what Samson? Questions though too because you said like place like working us over here just chance have a booth here for his place Chance do you have a booth at the at the college career fair? Chance would probably go up to individuals that he is observed personally to see if he could recruit them he wouldn't have a booth there I thought it'd be funny to see chance sitting there handing out pens brochures Here you go. So here's the color you need Yeah, so we're gonna talk about chance.

We're gonna cut over to chance chance you have skipped the college and job fair What are you up to? I'm glad you asked i'm actually looking for wesley Wesley has not been in school for a couple of weeks. Um, and you know that he's been hanging out with a jina You know where jina lives. So you know that he's probably there.

Um, so fiend notice. Yes. How is the job fair or sorry the uh school college fair like all day? Yes, it's yeah, he then he will totally leave school until he'll head over to jina's.

Okay, you head over to jina's I just put you put jina's in my goo map You goo goo goo goo goo goo goo goo map You make it to jina's uh, do I see the wesley? Um you well he's not outside You see the outside of the house. I will go up to the door and i'll bring the door bell Uh a little panel opens the door and a robotic eye comes out. Just and hear voice unspeakers says hello.

What do you want? Okay, it's me chance i'm here. Uh, I heard uh, wesley might be around here. I'm just trying to find him Is he around just a minute and you hear like her voice say wesley looks like chances here looking for you?

He's like, yeah, okay, do i see what i always look for you? I ask him what he wants and she comes back She's like, um, what do you need him for? Oh, well, hey, uh, you know, I know that the uh the the career fair slash school fair is like going on in school But you know, I uh, I already kind of got my my ducks in a row so to speak for like the post high school thing I was wondering uh if uh if wesley had any plans for what he's thinking about doing after school Not like after school like the school day like I mean, i've three graduates. Did you want to come in and talk?

Is that weird asking? Oh, yeah, it'd be great. Yeah, it's a little better face to face I mean, it's cool robotic eye though. That's cool.

I like that The robotic eye comes back into the door and on the sides of the door two little things come out They scan you they go up and down and then they go back into the door opens Inside of the house you see that most things are taken apart There's like a refrigerator and an oven but like everything else is the house is pretty much gutted But filled with like little devices inventions gizmos robot suits drones Like the whole house is just filled to the brim with like all different sorts of stuff i like Yeah, pretty much um and you hear there's a there's a flight of stairs right out right inside of the door And it goes downstairs and you hear down there are some welding sounds I will go downstairs. All right, you go downstairs. The basement is pretty much the same It's got it down to basically the the studs and support beams And there's just a bunch of gadgets and shit down there and on one side of the massive basement is jina She's putting together like three suits that look identical like robots suits and then on the other side You see Wesley he's working on some things as well. Oh, hey guys, you know, hi chance.

I yeah I didn't even know you guys for any minute school today. I was uh, you know, I saw that they were doing a career fair I must say, you know kind of forgot about that He's kind of a dismissive wave and says you have the kids over there and she keeps working Uh, he'll actually take his time walking over to vikki or to wesley and he'll you know take a look at everything That's uh around in the workshop, you know, look at the the equipment look at the the gizmo's and gadgets that are around and he'll make his way over to wesley All right, wesley has like a like three desks all kind of lined up together There's a bunch of piles of shit on them. It looks like he's working on one like a miniature prototype version of something You can't really tell what it is. Um, but when you walk up to him he spins around his chair He's got those glasses.

I have like the um little magnifying glasses that flip down and he flips them all up and he's oh What's up, jans? What do you need? Hey buddy, you know, um, I I've been thinking for a while and you know, uh, when I first got to Ruby River Hi, I I really had an attachment with you as a friend and um, you know, I've seen you over the past year Just really mature and you know, get get I've seen what you're able to do and it's great and um, uh, I don't know how much you know about what I do in my off time, but you know, I I do I do run a small business and uh, After high school, you know, I'm making that sort of my full time, you know, 18 hours a day Kind of thing and uh, I was wondering if you didn't have plans for a post high school experience if you were looking for a full-time job Well, I didn't know what you did until jina told me Uh, jina, do you know what I do? It's like, yeah, when I came back, I hacked into all the monitoring systems around the city.

I went keeping everything under surveillance Okay, well, I mean, that's that's also very impressive and as is everything else here. I don't get me wrong I mean, I didn't really know much about you until uh, I mean, I heard a little bit from Fiona But like coming here and seeing everything that's going on. This is like really impressive Yeah, it's uh, it's a project. Uh, she wrote me into an asking that for me to help and uh, it's been keeping my time pretty busy I've I've you know, you talk about after school.

I think I'm kind of just definitely school. Honestly. No, I mean, well, I mean I I have a I have a bed to a class that has told me something I haven't already knowed in like a year and a half I'm just kind of wasting my money. That's that's good.

Uh, well, I I will say that uh, I will be very happy to write you Really both of you a reference if you're uh, if you're looking for work I mean, I I work out some some salaries and I cover your expenses You have a workshop there if you want to take her outside of work in hours. I mean You know, um, let me give me the details of the project db. Uh, this is taking up a lot of my time helping gda But um, I'm not opposed to helping if you need something specific. Well, let me ask uh, I You know, sort of an off the record kind of thing.

What are you guys working on? Uh, you'd have to go ask gda about that I'm uh, I mean, I don't want to cry too much, but if it's something that that we could use I just realized. Yes, of course. Yes, of course.

Yes. And uh, that disclosure. Oh, yeah. Yeah, I mean I have no problem contracting some work out and if it's if it's something that that the business would be interested And you know, we'd always throw some money behind it, you know, keep you guys paid for what you're working on Yeah, you might want to go talk to jina about that.

That's uh, well, uh, you know, I do you want my card You know, I know you have my phone number, but I'm gonna go. I'm gonna walk over and talk to jina, but you know, it's been a good talk I'll see. Yeah, it's such a fight Yeah, don't problem. I had to walk over to jina All right, uh, jina is uh, like assembling these um mechanical men's and you you walk over there It's like a chance Hey jina, um, yeah, I was just telling west.

I don't know if you heard I know you've been welding and uh, it's you know, I got my hearing protection on uh, but uh, so uh I I'm curious as as both a businessman and as a as a classmate and just a general kind of you know, just a human being What are you guys working on? Well, did you want to tell you what happens? Yeah, you know, it doesn't really like open up about things that she kind of keeps to herself mostly unless it involves like Being mad at somebody Do you know what happened to Bethany? Do I know what happened to Bethany?

What if you want to have said anything about that? She would have told you guys what happened except, um, the uh, bearish part, you know, he'll he'll put on it The serious face and he'll say you know jina what when I do in my off time Or outside of school I should say is really i'm trying to prevent stuff like that from happening again B2 and she she kind of like lifts up her arm and there's like a like a like a skin type Screen on her forearm and she can type some stuff into it and a bunch of drones in the room kind of like Float up and they kind of move with her movements and she walks over to a map she has played across the table She's like, yeah, i'm uh, i'm preventing all of it from happening again She starts she takes out the pen and she starts drawing on the map Gina, what if I told you that my company would be willing to Fund your project as much as you need give you the facilities you need Hey you and and Wesley both for your work like a team up She looks over to us. She's like, well, what's the range on the x74s and he's like about quarter mile She's like can we get away with two and sector a or should we have three and he's like i'm put four to be safe But uh, I'd be we're running low at a little bit of resources So yeah, i'm just chance to offering some sort of uh funding here and I think I think maybe we should go with four Oh, okay, she looks over at you. She's like what kind of funding are you offering?

Well, uh outside of paying you full time for your work, uh, especially skills, uh, you know how to work your equipment We can probably press you through the certifications pretty quickly and if there's any equipment you don't have or if the facilities need to expand a little bit I'll say uh, here's the thing there's a difference between working for you and you funding my project Absolutely, but if we have the same things on control of my project Oh, no, I I absolutely understand that the question is Can I can I look at the map? How much does it cover like what area? Um, it's it's all of ruby river and kind of the surrounding suburbs What if I told you that this project shouldn't be just ruby river? What if it needs to be Outside of there?

There's only so much I can monitor right, but I have the resources and I have the people to expand Tell you what you helped me get this city lockdown And then we can talk about expansion. They'll extend his his hand for shake She shakes us all right You got it What do you mean? She starts working out details. She needs basically a bunch of uh tech equipment and shit Like raw resources stuff like that.

Yeah, yeah raw resources and she's like we only we only have enough Resources for 21 turrets and we need at least 30 All right You give me the specs. I'll get my uh, resourcing people on it And uh, we'll get to what we uh what you need as soon as we can Sounds good. Let's make this world a safer place and uh, he'll he'll hand her his business art in case you don't have my number This is how you can get a hold of me Oh, yeah, I already have your number. I have every I'm like a 10,000 of these cards.

I'm just trying to get rid of them Okay, I'll take one Well, I'll uh, I'll leave you guys to it. You guys are uh, I just understand bleep busy. Okay. Back to the job fair college fair I'm gonna say to Gina to be like you want me to like get you anything? Well, I'm out because I like to imagine we're sort of friends I don't know she she like her responses to your texts have been slower and slower and recently like it takes a couple of days for her to get back to you Of course. I'm gonna just send that text and it's gonna be like Cool.

No, it's gonna tell you guys. Uh, you're still standing next to me. You look even awkward when you text You know what? I'm gonna say this You're not really around people of who are It's kind of hard to because you don't believe What?

Again, just because I don't believe you're god doesn't mean I can't understand that you're isolated and I'm sorry about that Hey, if you ever need anything here's a here's a coupon for a free juice at my uncle's use bar Yeah, um the you center slash juice bar. It's uh, um, uh, it's such a street and really that's the name of the street is such a street Um, I don't know the joke. There's no such a street, but there is Yes, if you go to such a street, uh, my uncle, uh, he runs the juice bar It's also a u center like I even I teach karate and some stuff like that to the to the kids of the Of this area trying to keep them up and up and all that So if you want to come by there and grab some juice, maybe uh take class or anything like that go come up I'm just saying also what I'm giving it to you is you're saying you're isolated Coming to a u center talking with kids talking with other people.

Uh, that's what that's kind of for Uh, that's cool and all but I don't know how much I could relate to them Hey, you could be surprised. All you gotta do is talk with someone and maybe they kind of have something similar to you That's cool. I'm I don't know. I got a lot of my point and I'm gonna go do something in the hallway Again, um doing the thing in the hallway.

Just like then take tell me that the way you said it Kind of awkward. I'm not trying to be a jerk here. I'm just letting you know Like if you want to stop the awkward thing you're coming off awkward Look, I know but there's going to be something going on in my on my dad's side that I've been trying to get in contact with a relative for a bit So I'm just gonna keep trying to get contact with her See if I can get through, you know, okay the way I have to do that Okay, enjoy the hallway again that juice is out there for you. I'm cool.

The juice is I'm just gonna walk out and try to pray to the Gary's not to let you out of our side I've been trying to get in contact with Athena for a while with the whole T-the-love why I just want to make sure she's safe The guy's lying with all the time And you weren't raised by her. You weren't too busy She's my she's basically like the woman who raised me and you also have two moms that you can hang out And if you just kind of a guy so she can take care of herself. It's just I'm worried as all I just want to make sure she doesn't get killed by my dad. Do we know if they're on separate sides?

Uh, I don't know that's what we're trying to get in contact with her. Okay, but You don't know what's going on. We don't know what's either on and they all lying play dumb games that we're not really part of so like I'm not I understand why you care if she's okay, but I'm not sure why you understand. I'm not sure I understand why you care about the whole big fight It's it's just oh everyone should have just been in there.

Oh, be it the on it should just it's been fine for thousands of years Why can't they just accept that because they always knew that no offense? But maybe you should do with your own shit first. That's why it runs away. You guys are in the hallway.
