So all right I just say I really appreciate Matthew always doing this One page of notes and I take zero notes and I just try to remember I take Last time on Generation Justice, you know, can I tell you I really appreciate your your anime I'm on very well. I'm on there.

I'm on there. I really like it. So I grew up on that shit Yeah, hell yeah boy Go for it the teens had to stop a tidal wave tsunami Sophia gets whisked away by dawn of time Kerry does a shadow portal and Fiona saves la a and chance breaks away with chaos Gavin Zord lasers a trench to contain the water At the end of the day we do it. We make it happen.

We save everybody. It's just a little wet Sophia whisk away against a listen in on villains planning a heist dr. Delish Pinball Princess and a third name maverick and they wait for mine Chance gets called from late odd and there was a hit he heads out Fiona having saved wife who gets the boat ashore and goes to peeps Gavin and team go look for Kerry Chance's office is mess up and Kay and chance begins the recovery damage control process. I think it was an explosion.

Yeah big explosion Kerry manages to escape the shadow realm and is into the lake by Luke's lighthouse, but she gets ahold of people and she gets okay Like I have like house right down Luke's like house I didn't go into the shadow portal until after the day was saved. They did not run away from the waves Either is that right on I don't know anyway, so he is getting all maverick's but then gets ported back to school three weeks later And she missed a lot. She meets up with Wesley who's been frustrated that he hasn't had her from her even though He's tried real hard. He's and I mean it's separate.

Oh, that says he's going full kill screen But she talks him down Gavin's organized a stakeout for heroes that combat drugs and oh boy do things happen at IFS Okay, then I didn't take notes here because it was happening. So everyone showed up and It was being rude and then he then madre got there and he put her in the thing that changes frogs Transmographer and it did bad and then she started turning into a bunch of different animals and then then the vigilant system got activated while they were at the hospital and then Gavin decided to attack the robots and that was bad So he wanted to hit each one of them twice, but he realized that if he had him three times that they would they would shoot him And then we kind of said everyone to go home. That was where it ended Oh, yeah, and madre madre wants to get revenge F1 Lopsicle hand or something did you mention what happened to Fiona? I want vacation.

I was like fuck this shit. I'm out. I've been when I've been back. You took a pee I got I When the vids is gonna boat and sail away.

Yeah, it's just a back to a G F now They went to cook em. Oh, I don't know where to get their facts. I didn't get a text you about it five times I'm a vacation. I always said selfies been like Because you're the only one that I was like texting her all the time.

She disappears I feel like she would respond to every single one even though like It was it was you're building up to something dramatic. It's a funny idea here. Yeah Uh, so we're gonna start off kind of where we left off, but not really so Fiona you're on a boat Hey, I'm starting with me. Okay.

Cool. Yeah, yeah A little boat with a with a sail and you sail for a little while and um, you're not exactly sure how long you sail This one never seems to set but uh, it feels like a long time and then you you see the distance a shoreline I'm gonna be like, so are we almost there? She points to the shore. I don't want it to make sure all right I'm gonna help pull up the boat to the shore when we get there and everything like that When you get there, you see like it's a pretty decent size Uh, you'd say like town bordering on city.

There's a pretty big buildings and a lot of people living here So where are we this my home city? Does it have a name? Yeah, but I mean we like to keep off the map So we don't tell people the name so I'm a skier. I got you.

That's not what it's a joke She she leaves you she leaves you in um, there's like a lot of docs and boats and stuff And there's a lot of people on island working. It's kind of it's not a small island by any means because you look down the shore and you can't really see the end To either side. So you imagine it's pretty big endless island And she leaves you in there's a bunch of people and a lot of people are welcoming her and uh, they're speaking a language You don't recognize speaking to her and she's speaking back and a lot of people seem really excited to see her And she's like giving people hugs and high fives and well, Debbie got it's well loved. What's that like All right, so if she starts heading um into uh into her city towards what you would imagine would be your home So like what do you do around here?

I protect the this area usually I mean we're well hidden so uh usually doesn't need too much protecting just against you know big threats How's like your mom been in contact with this place or is it just kind of under your control? Okay, I mean she has in the past, but then she bequeathed it to me pretty cool cool. It's really nice and everything Thank you. There's somebody that was uh house sitting for me while I was gone So we should probably go relieve him of duty.

Uh-huh. Is your house like big as a small? It's pretty decent size Okay, where are we like what part of the world? She's like don't worry about it.

We're we're on okay cool Is it I know that you have to say a very particularly to get to I check for serious to my phone You didn't okay cool Uh, she's like yeah, you're if you're gonna call me when you're gonna have to use a landlord We don't we don't have cell service here. Uh, so she brings it to her house. Her house looks like oh It's bordering on mansion, but not really it's just kind of like kind of a really big average Yeah, a little above average. Well quite a bit of a mammering She it's just it's like if it had one more room you probably say it's definitely a mansion But since it doesn't you're like maybe so have you been in contact with your mom since the wedding?

No you haven't And she like worried Why would I be worried? You know what's going on? Uh, thingy, but it's not a concern Your mom could die and you don't really care. I would care she died, but I I believe in her abilities Trust that she'll do what she thinks is right.

Okay, I guess she's really no like what to say or what to do She's like fear doesn't really get us anywhere. I mean I could sit here and be afraid all day But what does that do sometimes it motivates us to do stuff? That's dumb reckless Yeah, see that doesn't seem like a good idea. Sometimes people just something that you need in your life without it.

Um We would always just I don't know Sometimes like people It's I've heard this thing called flight or flight or flight. Yeah It's where people either right away or go to fight and they only get it in times of fear Well, she she walks into her house with you. There's a man sitting on the couch She's got a long monkey tail and like big old but she hair and she's like, um, this is monkey king Monkey King was watching my home while we were gone. Monkey King.

We're just like hello Uh monkey King. This is Fiona. Fiona was afraid so she ran away from her friends So we're so we're back earlier than we thought wait you expected me to come with you No, I'm just I was why I had monkey king living in my home for a while and then you got afraid and you ran away from your I didn't say I got afraid. No, you said fight or flight.

You said fear fight or flight then you ran away So she turns among he says she was very she's apparently afraid of admitting it too But she she was afraid and so she abandoned her friends in a bad situation. So we're back here Maybe I just thought I couldn't handle it anymore and I didn't know what to do so I decided to eliminate myself from it I'm not saying here permanently. This is just a vacation. That's the fear talking.

Don't worry about it I go outside and I punch me knocking it down. We're gonna cut back to who white eagle ranger and carry outside Um the the robots have started targeting you and they're like, uh, this is your last warning Well, fantastic. I'm going to talk to rome like hey She has nothing to do with this is between me and you so let her go back to her house and the curfew. Okay, we can take us on All right.

They're kind of you're kind of a mexican standoff. So one of you acts Uh Gee come talk to me I'm still yelling at the robots. Yeah, no reply. Uh some of the shirts start firing But they're not firing like bullets at you.

They seem to be like surrounding you in an energy field And they're like you will be detained until morning. Oh, they're authorities arrived Is there anything above? But yeah, it's kind of starting to build an energy field you might be able to escape if you roll in athletics Yeah, I'm gonna try to roll athletics try to jump out of it. You know Can I use will to propel myself out with my shadows?

Uh, you'd have to roll athletics to get out I got a plus two to try to flip out of there. Okay, with a plus two you are able to jump out Here you are he able to roll athletics. I got a plus one. Oh It closes right before you're able to jump out.

So care you are in case in the energy barrier What you're going to do have escapes? Okay, does it look like the energy barrier they shot is it connected to them? Or is it just like they shot something out and then it's like there? It seems like they're shooting beams that are creating an energy barrier.

So yeah, so it's like they're made they're maintaining I'm gonna go in attack for everyone is closest to the point where her barrier like wherever barrier part She's close to see attacking the robot that looks like it's focusing on that All right roll attack. I got a plus three for that attack All right, you are you just punching or hitting it with your sword? I am right now. Um, I am punching But remember my punches cause explosions instead of right.

Yeah. Yeah, yeah You still do that. I don't need my I got to kick my weapon up because punches are working fine against it originally. Yeah You punch in big big sparks laugh at it And I'm gonna keep on trying to do that until they attack me or do something else.

So trying to get her out All right, so you guys are having this back and forth The bots and lasers don't seem to be firing anything that's harming you it seems like they're just trying to contain you with like energy stuff So you're hitting the turret some other turret start firing some containment beams at you So you have to roll another athletics to get out of it. Nope. I got a minus one Okay, you're caught in an energy beam as well. So you're both in separate energy bubbles now.

What do you do? Can you dig? Are you all the security? I might be able to do something better.

I want to try to portal jump again Okay, uh, roll plus three. Okay, you're able to portal out So you're no longer in the energy barrier, but you're kind of in a weird shadow realm that is Frightening and strange to you. Yay. Did it work?

I'm not there. I know but I don't know that's why I'm just yelling at no one All right, so uh, carry roll will try to get back. All right, that one's better. That's a plus five All right, you're able to get back into the real world, but you are not where you were before My back at the lake house.

Nope. You are not back at the lake house. Uh, you are in a different town And doesn't look familiar. No Do I have cell reception?

You do yeah, you're kind of in a like a neighborhood and there's one A house that like seems to have been demolished a while ago. So there's an empty lot right there Um, I'm gonna text Gavin that I'm not in the city anymore. I'm trying to figure out how to get home Give me a minute. You said there's one house that looks like it's been demolished.

Yeah Look at just empty lot there and there's nothing else around it's just or their other houses Oh, there's like a neighborhood are there cars? Yeah, there's people in cars. Well, not in cars There's cars at some of the houses. Yeah, I'm going to use my phone to try to see if I can figure out where I am Like GPS location or whatever Okay, and then I'm gonna try to text Fiona and see if she could come get me.

Okay. Come back to Gavin Gavin Uh, here. Just vanished. Okay.

Well, I'll wait a little bit to see if you know she returns or anything Okay, um eventually some policemen arrive and they get out of their cars and they come over to where you are Wrapped up in an energy barrier and they're like, uh, hi. Hi. Here's the deal We're we're kind of trying to figure out what's happening as well Can we request that you not attack these things until we figure out how to take care of it? Well, I kind of right now and stuck so that's fine.

Right. Yeah, no our radios were hacked They said that we had to come take care of the situation. We know you we've seen you around we know that you're good I am suspecting. My name's officer Jim.

I've seen you around We're good. I'm assuming you were trying to protect people by attacking these things. So he's either dangerous Uh, no, well, I assume they're dangerous and also I think they're bullshit from what they told me they were trying to do He's gonna look kind of like what's right. You like I totally agree but um Seems like they're all over the place.

So until we figure out like a clever way to get rid of it I don't want you bound up in an energy beam every few seconds. So I'm going to I apparently have the authority to let you go Can you just figure help us figure out? an easier way Uh to stop attacking. Is that possible in my friend?

It's fun. I can stop for now attacking him. Okay. All right, so Jim's like uh, all right All right, turret.

I'm here officer of the scene situation is neutralized. We're good and then the turn's like Uh appropriate authorization and then it lets you out of the energy barrier and the cops like okay So just just keep it chill so we figure out a way to get rid of them all at the same time attacking one at a time I don't think I'll I'm gonna shake officer Jim sand he shakes I'm like my name's Gavin the white eagle ranger if you need he says let me know I'm gonna go try and talk to the person who I who I was told is the one who started this I was like well. Thank you. Thank you much Eagle.

All right, and I'm gonna walk off and start running towards the sheenas house Uh, we're gonna cut over to chance chance here in the hospital the city hasn't been taken over by turds and robots. So uh, so at this point he's uh He's in the room with uh, menagerie and as uh, I hopefully talked her down from uh attacking the the tortress. Yeah, no she's not attacking the doctors anymore. She she's she's in a state of upsetness but has calmed down enough Uh, hey, um, so look, uh, I know this is not how uh things should not should have should have gone this way It's it's been uh complicated.

You can see it work and well, that's kind of why I didn't want you involved It's it's dangerous and uh, I know that It it was it was important for you to know and I I didn't I didn't want to keep it from you But I know that now that you know what what's been going on and everything that I'm probably one of your least favorite people right now And I'm not I'm not asking for forgiveness, but uh an opportunity maybe where I can help Kind of uh Help you feel a little bit more at ease with what's going on. Why would I be upset with you? Oh, well, because you know if I you know brought you in sooner before things have gone to garbage than you know It would have been like um less likely that things would have gone this way I don't I don't blame you for any of that. I appreciate it, but I do feel responsible I I see what you mean.

I just just know I don't blame you. I appreciate it and I I I want you to know that I I want to try and make things work between us, but I feel like there's kind of an Uh figure figure you know figure a speech. There's an elephant in the room that we need to address Um, but whatever we can address it together. Yeah, that's what I'm that's I think that this particular elephant In the room you probably want to get involved with and that's the the problem with f1 I understand Uh I think I need to know what I I know now what needs to happen and I gotta I gotta make a quick phone call and get a little bit more information.

Once this whole vigilance thing lets up in the morning Let's say you and me you get a plan together and uh take care of it Sounds good and chance will call lady Todd. All right lady Todd answers. She's like hello. Good morning.

We're a weird time schedule So for me, I just we'll go call Ben's go just have a coffee in my morning jog. So we're good. Oh hi Hey, so um I know uh it was late when uh when I told you about everything that was going on and uh, you know, I I I totally appreciate your your involvement with getting everything situated while the outside is a little bit less Accessible right now because of the whole you know robot force of protection or whatever they're calling it defense robot defense force Yeah, anyway, I miss you. Yeah, um So hey, you know, I mentioned it last time uh kind of got to do some stuff as far as taking care of the sf-1 problem That I've probably let out go on for too long So I was wondering if uh there was any information that you could forward me that could help me maybe find f1 and maybe you know Give me an upper hand.

So if you want that kind of information, you can have to contact Kendra She was the go-between between us and them and as I remember you said Kendra away Well sent away is one thing you know, I gave her uh an opportunity to continue working for the business outside of uh Outside of Ruby River because of the whole you know high visibility thing and the explosions and you know all the weapons Uh, so yeah, no, I think I left it with her on good terms and as I remember she's still doing the work for us So right she's not in town. So right right right because she was the go-between she said she had Candidates to work on stuff, but she wanted to create some double blind Situation if they were gonna be test results so that things weren't skewed She was kind of the in between us and some of the the subjects we were using right, right?

Okay, well, let me uh, I'll go ahead and get a hold of her and uh, let me tell you what uh by the end of the day tomorrow This f1 thing will be cleared up. It should be because by the end of the day tomorrow the board wants to meet with you Oh fantastic. Well, uh I hope to go in there with good news Well, I mean news. I mean, it's none of it's none of it's really good or bad at this point.

It's just well the lab explosion was bad Yeah, that's that's bad Yeah, that's bad, but you know other news is you know to help offset. It'll say new stuff set the bad You know, hope news. Yeah. Yeah, cuz um all four of the investors are gonna be there.

Well, uh great great Um, well, I have one thing that I can tell him that's good and hopefully uh, well I mean I'll kind of like a business opportunity, but you know anyway, so I'll leave you to that uh to to to the whole you know I know you're busy you're a busy person and I'll leave you to uh your work and I'll check in with you if uh, I feel like I need some help. All right, and I'm gonna be setting up the uh, the area for the meet We have to have a secure location for all the investors and we have a backup. I know we normally met at the office But that's kind of a no-go.

I don't think any investors want to go to a trailer. No, they don't want to go to your trailer Uh, I'm setting up a I'm setting up a location as we speak. I'm working out. Fantastic.

He would you would probably text you you don't think it is but you're not 100% sure So it he hasn't texted yet, but he's okay seems to be presumably.

They're kind of they're like wrestling and mucking stuff over and hit each other and just kind of it seems like Two drunk frat dudes almost like you're watching two drunk frat dudes Here's my question that I thought so I just need to marry lie.

Um doubt it because I left during the night I would probably still be wearing my hero gear and that's about it and I just sit on the boat and I'm just sharpening my weapon seething I punched a tree. Yeah, you never been but you've heard of it I know that it's close enough that I could probably take an uber back to where I need to be or it'd be relatively expensive uber Yeah, and I are broke high school.

I hope jasper valley is where your parents grew up. Huh Interesting And I remember that that little bit. Um, I'm gonna turn around and start looking at the house again Uh the wrecked one and I'm just gonna start like leafing through stuff. Just it's just it's just empty lot There's nothing to leaf through.
