And I just want to thank you today. Our team, I will give you all the praise. Lord, we say thank you for everything that you have done for us. We say thank you for your message, the privilege of our lives.
We say thank you for all you have done. Even the ones we are not aware of that you have done. We don't agree to you in Jesus' name. We thank you for everything.
Lord, the one we are aware that you did. And the one we are aware that you did for us. We appreciate you and we say thank you to you this morning. Be that exalted Lord in Jesus' name.
Spirit of the most I go, we ask of you that you build upon your world today. Oh, now your world in our hearts. Bless our hearts through your world. In the name of Jesus Christ.
And what you want to speak to us today in the name of Jesus Christ. Let us understand it and let it bless our lives in Jesus' mighty name. We pray. Amen.
The topic today is the generation of seekers of their home. Generation of seekers of their home. In this generation that we have now, majority of people now seek their home. Several of us today, what we look for is our home.
We seek our home at the expense of the things of God. In Philippians chapter 2, verse 21, the Bible says that, Brother Paul precisely said, For all sick their home, Not the things which are Jesus Christ. This is when he was a family not talking about Timothy. He commented Timothy for being, for seeking Jesus.
And seeking his work. And when he commented Timothy, he now concluded in Philippians chapter 2, verse 21. He said, For all sick their home, not the things which are Jesus Christ. Friends, this is the generation that we have today.
We all look towards seeking our home thing and live in the things of God. And this is the signs of the perilions times. In second, Timothy chapter 3, verse 1, 2, verse. This nojo also that in the last days perilions times shall come.
For men shall be lovers of their home selves. We are in the generation now that we seek our own. We love our home selves. At the expense of others.
We love our home selves. At the expense of the things of God. We love our home selves. At the expense of saving God.
We love our home selves. At the expense of doing things that we are matter most. May the Lord deliver the generation from seeking the things of the whole in Jesus' Name. Now, what are the signs?
How do you know when you seek the things of your home alone? How do you know what are the signs you see, or the times you see in your lives that are short to you that you seek your home alone? Number 1, you have no pleasure for the things of God. There is no pleasure at all for the things of God.
Colossians chapter 2 verse 2 verse 2 verse 2, verse 1, radical. Set your affection on things above, not on things on heads. When your affection is set on the things on heads, when your pleasure for the things of God is dead, and all you set your affection towards is just the things on heads. You are seeking your whole thing.
You are seeking for your whole alone. When you lack pleasure, only there is no pleasure at all for what the one power for gives God pleasure. When the things of God be concerned, demons in your life, that you see it as nothing, for you just wake up in the morning, go for it for your whole thing. When you look at the old thing you have done for morning till nights, it's a point that you seek the things of your whole alone.
If you look at your life for 24 hours, and at the end of the day, when you want to sleep at night, when you remain at night and watch you have done, and everything you have done for morning till nights is your own. It is a point that you are part of the generations that seek the things of your whole. Friends, look at your life for your day, stand it for a week, stand it for a month, and see and examine yourself within 24 hours. What did you do?
Is it for your own self or for God? Is it for the things that promote the kingdom of God or her device? And they're standing for two weeks and one month. If you discover that within the month, everything is about you.
Everything you are seeking is yours. It's the point that you have one of the generations that seek the things of your whole. Another sign is that you know what I seek the things of your whole. It's when you seek all other things at the expense of the kingdom of God.
If I would say it's in Matthew, chapter 3, seek the kingdom of God and it's righteous things and all these things have been added unto you. So why in your own is that all we run? When you flip the Matthew 26, Matthew 26, 22, and the Bible, when you flip it over and the all becomes seeking all the things and seeking the kingdom of God first. If you are seeking the kingdom of God second rather, you are seeking your own.
Seeking for the kingdom of God. When you seek for the kingdom of God, all all the things which are surely be added unto you. But when you discover you are seeking your own, are the expense of the kingdom of God, you are part of this generation that seek the whole. Another thing that make you to know or not give you the sign to show that you are seeking your whole is when you don't retain God in your hearts.
If you don't retain God in your hearts or you don't retain God in your knowledge, you are seeking the things of your own. In Romans chapter 1 verse 28, the Bible says as even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a little bit of mine to do those things which are not convenience. When you don't retain God in your hearts, in your knowledge, when you see God as nothing, when you don't prioritize God in how you do, when you wake up in the morning, you cannot pray, you wake up in the morning, you cannot pray to God, you cannot worship God, you just see that seeing waking up is a normal thing and you set off for the things of the day. It's a point out to you that you don't retain God in your hearts.
That's Johnny that you want to buy back on. When you don't see a return God in it, he shows that you are seeking your whole. When that particular choice or the things you want to do now, do you involve God? Is God into you, he didn't retain God in it, he's to point out that you are seeking your whole.
When you want to do anything on heads, the first thing you should first be considered is to ask God, what God is doing into it. A lot of people are making heroes today. A lot of people are going to try to handle today because they refuse to retain God. They refuse to involve God in their dealings, their main choices, their main decisions, they want to make the goal for Johnny without dying God to take the lead.
No one that does Johnny, the choice they make is full of frustration. I pray that a lot will have somebody today that is listening to me to retain God in this or hard in Jesus' name. Another science that shows to you that you are seeking your whole is when you lay up treasure for yourself at the essence of God. Laying up treasure for yourself at the essence of God is a point of truth that you are seeking your whole.
In Luke 12, 16, Luke 12, 16, the Bible, the Bible talked about the pro-parable day and the parable went this way. When he is pecan to parable unto them, he pecan parable unto them, saying, the ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentiful and he taught within herself, saying, what shall I do? Because I have no room where to restore my fruit. I want to see what the Bible says here.
This man, the rich man, this certain rich man taught within and himself. He never involved God in his thoughts. He never retained God in his thoughts. He was doing all within himself.
And he said, I have no room to restore his my fruits. I will put down. And you will be built greater. And there will be, we restored all my fruits and my goods.
Can you see this man and I will do this? I will do this on his own without involving the Creator, without involving the owner that he gave in all that he had. Be rich is not the problem here. The problem with this man has never retained God.
He never had no lead God, I will take source of all he had. No wonder God requested of his life. If he go to the best 20 of Luke, that took, took, took, took, took, took, took, took, took, God spoke there and God spoke there and tell unto him that, that thou full, this night, not tomorrow, this night, thy soul shall be required of thee and then will shall those things be without us provided. So is he the lead of treasure for himself and not rich to us God.
Friends, are you rich to us God? If you are not rich to us God is a sign that you are seeking your own. And the last one we want to look at today is pride. Pride.
Pride makes you to see that you are self-sufficient of yourself. Pride makes you to see that you don't need God. Pride makes you to see yourself and to make you make you see yourself as the one doing all for yourself. Pride will never make you to see God in all you do.
Pride makes you to see that I am doing this and I am seeing results. Pride makes you to see your efforts as if your own. Pride makes you to see your strength as if it is given to you, your own. Nobody gives you to you that produces strength.
Pride is a pointer that you are seeking your own. In 1 John 2 verse 16, the Bible says, for all that is in the world, the lost of the flesh, the lost of the flesh, the lost of the eyes and the pride of life is not of the Father but is of the world. So the pride of life, oh, what do I have to come? How do I go about this?
The loss of eyes and the loss of the flesh, all at the pointer to pride in the life of the man and when the man becomes proud, the man will surely be a beast. I pray that I will give you understanding to the Jesus name. Friends, this is not the time for you to keep seeking your home at the expense of God. There are a lot of things that need to be done for God.
There is a lot of the land to be concalled. There is a lot in the Lord. Many majority of us have not even started at all. We have a long way to go.
Even as you keep doing it, you discover that you still have a lot of things to do. No one that will tell you that. I see myself, I don't see myself as one as I was apprehended, but one can have done, forget the things behind and look who gets towards the things ahead. That is what will tell you that there are a lot of things that we need to do.
You cannot continue to skip seeking your home and neglecting the things of God. This is the major message God has for you today. Do not seek your home. You cannot seek your own alone and forward.
It will be as if you are successful, but that is not the major success. Your success, the main success, success is gone. When you seek the things of God first, then your whole heart is coming. I pray that I will give you understanding to the Jesus name and the Lord will be empowered to seek out, see the things of God.
And let the other things be the second in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Thank you, Father, in Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen, by the grace of God, if Jesus is the least in what he has for all his next months. Today, your month is blessed in Jesus name.
