She’s suing her daughter for the balance due on a car. The defendant says her mother sold her to the neighborhood drug dealer and age 12 and she ended up getting pregnant. She’s countersuing for a down payment and pain and suffering. Then, The plaintiff says she fell madly in love with the defendant when she met him, and she got pregnant three weeks after they got married. She later discovered he was an alcoholic with a gambling problem. She’s suing her now-ex for unpaid alimony and stolen money. The defendant says the plaintiff was lazy and refused to work or clean the house. He’s countersuing for stolen money and a DNA test for the child. Plus, The plaintiff and his girlfriend say the plaintiff met the defendant in prison. They were friends until the defendant tried to split up the plaintiff and his girlfriend. He says he lived with the defendant but was kicked out, so now he’s suing for the value of his property. The defendant says he helped the plaintiff get clean from drugs, and he alleges the plaintiff threatened to blow up his home. He’s countersuing for property damage.
