Generic Love Song (2017)

The final track of 'The Belly Eye'... Merry Christmas to everyone on SC Generic Love Song So down the rabbit hole we'll always fall again And bless our magic souls we're in the wars again so take what you need I only ever wanted to be loved by you but it seems our love is not enough to pull us through I only ever wanted to be in love with you Maybe our luck can pull us through So once again we fix our smiling faces on And look into the crowd and sing our sweet love songs but we're crying inside I only ever wanted, only the best for you but it seems my best was never good enough for you I only ever wanted, for you to feel it too maybe our luck will will see us through Do you think you can forgive me For all the things I try to hide Do you think you can forgive me For these feelings inside So bless our magic souls we fall apart again And bless our tragic souls we try and start again again and again I only ever wanted to be loved by you but it seems our love is not enough to pull us through I only ever wanted to be in love with you Maybe our luck can pull us through
