Last week we looked at how we can reflect the glory of the Trinity through our marriages. This week, we are remaining with the same passage to look at how we can reflect the glory of the Trinity through our friendships. Marriage matters, but so does friendship! Jesus, a single man, was totally fulfilled in his humanity through his friendships. Paul was single and teaches us in 1 Corinthians 7 that singleness is as much a gift of God as marriage is. The Lord knows first-hand what it is like to be single and he wants to give us joy in all our friendships.
