On November 24, 2025, the federal government announced the largest AI program in American history and cut its science budget by thirteen percent in the same press release. They called the program the Genesis Mission, and they handed the largest piece of it to Oracle, the same company that already runs a federal clinical health records platform covering 9.6 million Americans, a platform called MHS GENESIS. And almost no one has connected these dots.
