Heidi has been struggling with accepting some health challenges that some of her family members are experiencing. Some of the challenges are part of the "natural" aging process and another is not. Heidi lets you in on her thoughts and feelings over the past few weeks surrounding these circumstances and some beautiful reminders that came in the past few days to help her begin to feel some peace around these issues.

Take Aways
-In the 1700's Samuel Johnson said, "People need to be reminded more often than they need to be instructed."
-Reminders and love from others are what helped Heidi through this difficult time.
-These things that come up in our life...when they come, it's still going to be hard. It isn't as though  just because they can happen and they do happen we don't feel sad, or angry, or humble, or inadequate.
-"Your value is your existence." -Brooke Castillo (LCS Mastermind, Sep 2024)
-"We are 100% valuable as we are and we can't increase that value." -Brooke Castillo (LCS Mastermind, Sep 2024)
-Somehow God knew I was going to need to hear this and He influenced it to be it in this conference (LCS Mastermind 2024) or influenced me to attend this conference so I could hear this.
-"Your worth is untouchable and always at 100%" -Christal Allen-Hallahill (LCS Mastermind, Sep 2024)
-Other reminders: People love me. They made time for Heidi and sent her well-wishes.
-This is the time for this.
