Gentrification, am I right?

What’s the last big change you remember seeing in your neighborhood? Like, a shop closing or opening. A Citi Bike rack installed…. A Cupcake shop? (That’s Manny Oso asking) There has been quite the increase in gentrified planning around the recording studio. Nicky Trendz sees these app-based bike racks popping up taking parking spaces, wondering how many more they need to add. While Manny Oso sees them and wonders how many more WILL they add… since he uses them! Everyone is an opinion on gentrification. Some good some bad. Mostly bad. Manny Oso thinks some of these changes can be enjoyed. New shops. New resources.- - Nicky Trendz knows all these improvements always come with a cost. It’s the on going debate!
