The Government is expected to announce next week that a congestion charge is on the cards for Auckland's CBD in 2025.A Helen Clark Foundation report has found such a charge could cut congestion by 12 percent, but researchers say the process needs to be brought in fairly.The Infrastructure Commission released its first long-term strategy at the start of the month.
