In this podcast Retired Superintendent Geoff Stewart, in conversation with Lisa Rickert, recalls the beginnings of the Bloody Slow Cup in Newman and how it was based on the rivalry between the Kiwis and the Aussies. He goes on to talk about the people involved, including the Green School  (SNPS). He also reinforces the importance of attending the ceremony as well as the games. He remembers some of the crazy Kiwi players who were renowned for their physical attitude.
