Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been labelled "unrealistic" as concerns rise for Gazan city Rafah. International relations expert Geoffrey Miller told Mike Hosking that Netanyahu seems to be in a fantasy land. He says he seems to think the 1.5-million Palestinians sheltering in Rafah can all go to a small village on the coast seven kilometres away.
