George Washington's Appalachian Land

After the American Revolution, General George Washington took a trip out west to inspect land he received for his service to the country, land that was located in Appalachian Pennsylvania.  And when he got there, he encountered a group of Scots-Irish squatters who had planted a small community there, without his permission.
