Georgia Tech’s Tough Test Against Tennessee | Tennessee Volunteers Football News

Georgia Tech faces a brutal test this Saturday night against No. 18 Tennessee in a packed stadium, needing a win to bounce back from their loss to Colorado and get their record to even. Coach Brent Key admits they played way too conservatively last week and is taking full responsibility, pushing for tougher, more aggressive play—especially on the ground—to fix their defensive woes. Analysts are split: one sees Tennessee as clearly superior and predicts a convincing win that would drop Georgia Tech to 0-2 for the first time since 1989, while another warns that Georgia Tech’s invisible defensive line could be exposed against Tennessee’s powerful rushing attack. With heavy underdog odds, the Yellow Jackets’ fate hinges on finding that missing edge and executing their game plan with grit.
