Georgia Then Everybody Else, Predicting Playoff Rankings, and Geoff’s Thicc Six

Geoff and Gabe break down the results of an ugly survive and advance Saturday, starting with Geoff’s predictions for the next playoff rankings release and who the Thicc Six at the top of the AP poll will be. The selection committee’s logic in starting Cincy outside the top 4 is beginning to show, and Oklahoma could move all the way up to number two even though they were on a bye. Gabe points out that the Big 10 is tearing itself apart just in time for Ohio State to sweep in and win it all, but Geoff thinks Michigan might have something to say about that. Alabama’s struggles up front versus LSU show they aren’t the Bama we’re used to, but if they aren’t the second best team in the country, who is? And Oklahoma is poised to run through the Big 12 and straight into the CFP title game, but Geoff isn’t impressed by any of their wins so far.
