Not only did he do over 30yrs in prison, but upon his release, he decided to come to Fort Good Shepherd Ranch to transition from prison to society. Gerald is a graduate, that has successfully completed the program, and is now helping other men by mentoring, leading, and giving back to the men that just get out. So many times these men come out with just the clothes on their backs, and its men like Gerald that helps in this part of the transition.
