This week Gerald Hector welcomes former North Carolina State Senator Malcolm Graham to "It's Easy Son." Mr. Graham is a servant leader who forged a career of influence in the service of others. He is an administrator, politician and community activist who made significant strides in bringing communities together in the City of Charlotte. He shares his story from growing up in Charleston, SC to the work that he is championing today to remind us all to "Keep the Faith and Do the Work.
