Gerald Hector speaks with Mr. Jeffrey McCleod, ESQ., His story is an inspirational one that takes us from his early days growing up in the parish of Trelawny in Jamaica to his matriculation through the University of Michigan and then law school. He was a standout student athlete who played every sport his high school had to offer. He shares how athletics shaped his views and outlook on life to this day. His commitment to the tenet of being a student athlete saw him take on leadership roles in athletics in his university experience and beyond. Now retired, his effort at giving back to those who are yet to travel the paths he has already conquered is a testimony to the power of community.
