This was an interesting interview as it is in two parts. I was interrupted by a call from one of my leaders and I had to leave immediately to attend to the restaurant. They were kind enough to pick up the interview the next day. I really enjoyed the conversation besides the technical issues with sound as we were talking over the internet.
