For me, my introduction to German New Medicine began with a simple prayer for guidance around a health challenge. Not long after, I found myself listening to a podcast with Melissa Sell, which sparked a deep curiosity. I typed "German New Medicine" into the search bar, and through that path, I eventually discovered the work of Natasha Nazerali. Over the past year, I've been slowly learning and integrating this system into how I see health, healing, and the wisdom of the body. It has opened up a whole new lens on what symptoms mean, why they arise, and how intimately they are connected to our challenges and life experiences. I knew I wanted to bring this conversation to my community because Natasha's perspective on biological femininity feels like it touches the very root of so many women's health challenges. Her work not only brings clarity to confusing and painful symptoms but also helps us reconnect to the essence of being a woman in a way that is both biological and spiritual. In this episode we discussed: The basics and foundations of German New Medicine The definition of conflict shocks and the healing phase Breast cancer through the lens of German New Medicine: separation conflicts and nest-worry conflicts The reason behind clogged ducts when nursing Why we sneeze, get colds and runny noses Stories from our lives where GNM was so helpful The essence of biological femininity: What is a woman's natural state, and what conflicts lead to reproductive health challenges The conflicts behind female health symptoms such as painful periods, menstrual cycle imbalances, hormones, relationships, perimenopause, fertility, and female health Natasha's (sometimes controversial!) beliefs on biological femininity Links Mentioned in this Episode: Biological Woman Course with Melissa Sell and Natasha Nazerali German New Medicine Stories Podcast with Freya Kellet Stay in Touch with Natasha: Visit her website www.natashanazerali.com Instagram Stay in Touch with Rising Women Leaders: Website Instagram Make a donation on Patreon Natasha Nazerali is a practitioner and educator who guides individuals to awaken their true power through spiritual and biological connections. Solving for Change MOBIA Technology Innovations Solving for Change welcomes business and technology leaders to share stories of bold business transformation within complex organizations. In an era when technology and markets are changing around businesses, the key to staying competitive is to evolve in response to those changes.  MOBIA’s Mike Reeves and Marc LeBlanc investigate business transformation, deconstructing the challenges, ambitions, and market disruptions that drive companies to embark on transformation journeys, and exploring their unique approaches to achieving meaningful outcomes.  What sparks leaders to pursue business transformation? How do they overcome the challenges along the way? Join us and have a listen! NEWMORROW SESSIONS - A PodCast Series on the Future of Hospitality Mario C. Bauer, Florian Schneider, Axel Weber & Dr. Tillman Bardt The Newmorrow PodCast is more than a podcast — it's a platform for open dialog on the future of our business, a platform for those building what doesn’t exist yet. Here, we share and embrace our passion for the hospitality industry, but we won’t romanticize the journey. We ask the tough questions, confront uncomfortable truths, and prepare for a future that resists easy answers. We believe that the tougher and wilder times become, the more openly, honestly and humanely people need to talk to each other and act together. We believe, openness, togetherness, and truthfulness should also be cornerstones of a professional community to develop our utopian idea of „open source“. This is a space where visionaries don’t just imagine the future — they wrestle with the paradoxes that shape it: success vs. happiness, data vs. instinct, stability vs. reinvention. Join leaders, entrepreneurs, and thinkers as they share not what made them — but what’s actively shaping them, now and next. So tune in
