As we experienced life in our formative years, many (most) of us found ourselves observing or being a part of situations that caused us so much discomfort that we found ourselves literally wanting to leave our body and get away.. Trauma can do many "negative" things to our body and our minds as we journey through this life... But it is also responsible for something that we might call amazing... It technically introduces us to the understanding that we are not JUST our body... That there is a part of us seemingly able to disconnect from our body.. AND this moment.. So although we don't initially fully understand the power in this.. ( Because it is usually something not great that is causing this ) .. It will ultimately lead to a self inquiry process that will help to release any and all of those experiences from the past.. All while allowing us to connect and integrate the fullness of our "SELVES" as Human "BEINGS"...  The Body and the Consciousness. Today gets deeeeep. See you inside!!
