Get behind Jesus
from Living in Grace Hosted by Heritage Lutheran Church
What does it mean to be a disciple of Jesus? It's total commitment. It means death. But first, not your total commitment or your death, but of that of the One you follow. And there alone, behind Jesus, do we find purposeful and joy-filled life, and one day, eternal life. This sermon based on Matthew 16:21-26 was preached on September 3, 20234.
