At the beginning of the podcast Retd. Army Major Gerald Gangaram talked about his transition journey from a college student to an army officer, his mindset, and his mentors. He also spoke about how he became the pilot of the world’s most powerful helicopter Apache. He said that everybody has some innate features; all we need to do is recognize them and do what we love and what we are made for. He told me the importance of being an indispensable person and motivation in life.
