Not easy to do I guess since I’m still working on this today and all throughout my life.  From, Self-Care Canvas (@selfcarecanvas) brings us this powerful thought (for me it actually is more like a punch in the gut).  “If you’re serious about changing your life, you’ll find a way. If not, you'll find an excuse.”  I’m being honest in reflecting about many excuses I’ve made, all throughout my life. Really since as far back as I can remember as a kid, way back in elementary school, I’ve gotten used to making excuses.  All I can do now is to work on making better choices (like I brought up in the previous episode) just a little bit more often every day.
