Our special guest will be 38-year veteran FDNY Capt. Tom Gardner. He got on FDNY in 1984 and was assigned to Engine 255. In 1989 he transferred to Ladder 157. He was promoted to Lt in 1999. He covered in Div 6 and then Div 15 until getting the spot in Ladder 111 in 2002. He was promoted to captain in Nov 2004 and was assigned to Div 3. In 2005 took a detail to BOT. After a year he transferred back to Div 15 in Brooklyn. In 2009 he was assigned to Ladder 113. In 2014 he was detailed to SOC (Special Operations) and in 2018 became the first Capt. and charter member of Squad 8 in Staten Island. He finished up his career there until his retirement in July 2022. You don’t want to miss this one.
