Our special guests will be Chris Edwards & Phil Cappadora Jr. Chris Edwards is a retired NYC firefighter with the FDNY. He served with the FDNY for 17 years. He was a member of E42 and E81 in the Bronx, NY. Chris Edwards was also a first responder during the tragedies that surrounded the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in Manhattan. Edwards currently serves as a member of DART team, Disaster Assistance Response Team who deploys during disasters to assist individuals, families and communities during a disaster. Edwards is also a big proponent of “giving back” to all who helped during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack. Phillip Jr wrote the pilot episode of “FIRELAND” an AFC original episodic series about the FDNY in the prior decade to 9/11, inspired by Chris Edwards book, Coming through the Flames.
