Getting Crafty with Maple Syrup!
from Crafting a Magickal Life Hosted by Sara Martha
One of the first signs of spring in upstate NY is the buckets hanging from sugar maples, collecting sap to turn into glorious, magickal, maple syrup! In this episode, I briefly discuss the science and magick of maple syrup, and the health benefits of choosing natural sweeteners over processed, refined sugar. Learn new ways of using maple syrup in your cooking and baking, and download my favorite cake recipe: carrot cake with cashew cream cheese frosting! This dessert is perfect for spring gatherings, but healthy enough for breakfast!
