Later he started an indoor farming business, which became successful. He sold it and replicated it in Florida and eventually sold that one as well and moved back to New York City where he started a daily car rental agency in New York. After a successful run of seven years, he sold it as well and after a lifetime of showing others how to easily deal with their various financial situations, in both business and personal matters, he wrote the book, “It’s My Money & I Want It!
