Getting REAL About Creativity and Collaboration with Jodee

Since January of this year I've been working with a client and our focus is building the Culture, Communication, and Leadership within their organization as they work to become an employer of choice. They are focusing on not only recruiting employees but attracting them, which is a subtle but important shift.   Our Q2 focus is on Communication to Appreciate and Recognize. We started by contemplating the distinction between the Golden Rule and the Platinum Rule as it relates to communication.   I've started wondering and pondering that rule in my own life in the past few weeks as it relates to politics.   And I've had some revelations.   Today I talk about my online community called the Enlightened Leadership Lab (www.enlightenedleadershiplab.com) and my six-week online course called REAL Me: Intensive (www.getrealcircle.com).   I also mention the book "The 15 Commitment of Conscious Leadership" by Dethmer, Chapman, and Klemp and The Platinum Rule of Communication by Dr. Tony Alessandra.
