Getting Started in Property Through Land Development with Jerome Roith

Jerome started his career working in an estate agency and moved on to become a commercial property consultant. In 2013, he and his partner used the new permitted development rules to convert offices into residential. Now, he mainly develops land and teaches others how to do the same. He explains why acquiring land and developing it is so lucrative, including plots without prior planning permission.
