Getting Started With Breathwork

from Breathe 4 Life · host Ultimate Assist Coaching

This show is designed to introduce and educate listeners on Breathwork. Breathwork is a mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment and accepting it without judgment. Studies have shown that mindfulness reduces stress, anxiety, and depression. Mindfulness also supports sobriety, improves physical health, boosts, immunity, supports neuroplasticity of the brain, and much more. Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor’s research suggests that mindfulness can help emotions move through you quickly. Hebrews 11:3 NKJV By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. Romans 4:17 NKJV (as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did.
