Getting Structure To Your Diary

from The Interesting Health & Safety Podcast · host Colin Nottage

The lockdown has provided much disruption, but also a wonderful opportunity for reflection. In this week’s show, Colin discusses the importance of structure and routine, and how forward planning can be beneficial in bringing back balance to our lives.   KEY TAKEAWAYS The lockdown has thrown many routines into chaos, but with the end in sight, structure in our personal and working lives may help to guide us back to sense of normality. Structure in our lives, and concentrated bursts of focussed work, can make us more efficient, and far more effective. Structure also allows us to realise what is, and what isn’t important in our lives. It provides clarity about the importance of time well spent, and who we spend it with.
