Getting to know me!!

This episode is an introduction of me and what my podcast is going to be about. I need a safe space to release my feelings/emotions and to detail my trauma and dramatic life events and hopefully to help someone else. It’s also a way to educate people about the stigma of mental illness, specifically in the black community. Black women are suffering and there’s no one to help them. I hope to get you guys to listen and relate. I’m about to drop a lots of my own personal struggles and trauma caused by family members, boyfriends, spouse, friends etc. Stay turned!!!!
