I enjoyed meeting story weaver Julie Phend at said fair and invited her to my podcast, and I'm so glad I did! Julie is a writer of stories both factual and fictional. A former middle school teacher, she is passionate about the power of story to hook the emotions of readers and transport them to other times and places, promoting understanding and connection.
