Look into your mirror, and ask yourself, "where did this all start?" Most times people will turn a blind eye to the real issue to their conflicts in life. As simple as sit your ass down and be alone with yourself! It's easier said than done.... but when will you acknowledge the truth? When will you understand how your actions are generational trauma being passed down to the next? what are you so angry? How could you have said that differently? Sitting with yourself isn't so bad and I know it! You know yourself best, no one know you better than you know yourself... Again, it's not so bad dealing with you but sometimes you have to put yourself first.
