Today, we will focus on the work that is necessary to make city renewal possible. We must ask God to give us His heart of compassion, a heart of faith, a heart of willingness, and vision.... but we must also get to work and play our part in His plan & purposes. Today we will learn from Nehemiah that all of us have a part to play, a role to fill, a task to perform. You should see yourself as a builder. In our city, we all work in different areas doing different things but we work together for a common purpose: the fame of God. Together, we work by God's strength to see gospel renewal come to our community. Are you serving faithfully as God has assigned? I pray you will be encouraged and challenged today as we study God's word together today.

The series tells that story, through the eyes of two young islanders and the paths they both choose. Home and heritage, identity and belonging, stretched across the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. The series was written by award-winning musical theatre partnership, Noisemaker - bookwriter/lyricist Scott Gilmour and composer, Claire McKenzie - and produced by The Big Light.
