Greetings, greetings, welcome to another episode of Truth to the Power and your host, Tyrus Midnight. And tonight I want to talk about getting what you voted for. Now recently for those who have been living on Iraq, Joe Biden has been basically declared the winner in a presidential race. For some reason it's still going on and states are still being counted for whatever reason it is.
We are in political theater right now. However, there's something I want to talk about tonight, something I want to touch on. Now, Cedric Richmond, Senator from Congressmen from Louisiana, has been selected as Joe Biden's in Joe Biden's cabinet. Now for years, not I want to say for years, but for a while now.
I want people about Cedric Richmond. I told them that him being in a black hocus and him fighting more for LGBTQ rights and believe immigrants than black people, I told them that this guy was not good. And he was served no purpose for black people and most black politicians are. It will be hard pressed to find another Marion Berry and what he was able to do for Washington D.C.
It will be hard pressed to find another Marion Berry. Now say whatever you want about the crack can be on crack and all the rest of this stuff and it's more than crack in the room and whatever else you want to say. Say whatever you want about that, but his record shows that he was black first and he did a lot for black Americans. Now what I want to get to was during the last few during the election or after the election, post election, as people say listen for those who voted for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, Kamala Harris, however it goes, what do you expect to get out of your vote?
Now to my surprise, somebody messaged me and said, say I think I've been getting nothing, a black person. I said, okay, so why did you vote? Because it was my right. Now everybody has a right to vote, they have the right to their own opinions, they have the right to their own way of thinking, way of living, it is their right to vote how we want to vote, right?
So however, when you say I don't want anything for my vote and you are a black person, you are the same uniform as me, black Americans wear these black skin and you say I wanted nothing for my vote, the message that you're saying is I'm cool with oppression, I'm okay with giving out something with nothing in return. Now we don't even accept that from our family members, we don't accept the type of behavior from our family members, but we're going to accept that type of behavior from our vice of premises and in the supremacist, excuse me, my supremacist is a mindset, so two vice of premises are interested in locking us up, they have shown a regular lock in the sub, we're going to accept that from them. Now for those who don't know, I've got to keep on drilling this because people got this thing where they go is good versus evil, so you got to pick the rest of evil versus evil, so you got to pick the rest of the evil. Which is stupid as fuck because if you had a chance to live with Lucifer or Satan, which one would you call the lesser to evil?
Same devil, different name, I did a show on that, the other side of the name, same devil different name. Now me, I'll be political, I vote in the interest of whatever is going to be the best interest of my people, meaning whatever is going to benefit them as far as tentacles, reparations, laws against police brutality, for black Americans, specifically for black Americans, you know, the one taxes for black Americans, whatever it is for black Americans, that's what I'm voting for. But you got to be specific when you're talking about black Americans because a lot of people get in this nitric when you think black Americans are minorities too, when they're not minorities, we are different from everybody else, everybody else took a boat, really need to come over here. We are stolen goods, they stole us, they forced our ancestors to work on the fields day in night and beat them when they felt like they weren't being sufficient enough.
And they had some, now don't give me a moment, we want some answers too now. Don't forget about the net channels in the market and the visas, it's not forget about them in the counties, others, Jane Jaques Desilin, it's not forget about them. But my point is when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris assume office in January, what would be a plan for black Americans? What would you demand for your vote?
Now we have a thing that's this, as a such thing as hustling and bagels, first you demand for your vote, then you give it up. But as black Americans, as you can see from last election result, some of us are very lost. Now they coined the more black Americans, the border for Trump, then the last time, which is crazy for me because Trump is a vow of white supremacists, but I guess they felt like their plan and plan, their bullshit plan and they was put together has some type of legitimacy. But it did.
But then I talked about $20 trillion dollars, as one scholar said, $32 trillion dollars for black Americans to allocate for reparations for slavery, for child slavery. No vote. We should let them party just follow. But, but in chaos there's always opportunity.
What do you mean by that? What I mean is that although crime bill Joe and Kamala Harris are in office and both of them have a lot of anti-black races, history and policies that they have implemented. Now in the first 100 days, we will see what type of bullshit they own and it's going to be some bullshit. We will see that.
Now, there's no time to take out put off the gays. I know a lot of people are thinking that black Americans are going to take out put off the gays. We won't. We're going to keep on preaching the same rhetoric.
Reparations, reparations, reparations. That will be the only way that we can rebuild our society from the ground up because we have a huge wealth gap in America. A white man with a high school diploma should not be on the same P scale as a black American. It has a massive degree.
Top of it, we're still long dead. Top of it, we're still long dead. And as you know, black Americans can't be afraid to compete. We have to be ready to compete with other societies.
That's why we should always support one another. Support our businesses. Support our endeavors. Put our money where our mouth is.
And continue to support. Consistently. Consistently. And you know what else I want to touch on right quick and this is kind of something interesting enough when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris got elected.
All of a sudden, every state, their COVID numbers are rising and not leaving Louisiana. And all of a sudden, we're on COVID-19 for the number of COVID cases coming back up just in time for them to have their COVID vaccine ready in January or February. I find it to be very interesting. Now, I could be wrong.
I mean, you decided this claimer. I'm not trying to be a conspiracy theorist, anything like that. However, I predict that when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris is sworn in office in January, I think it's like January 16th when they do the whole inauguration thing. And I predict that they're going to say that the COVID numbers are rising again.
They're going to lock everything down again. Then when a COVID vaccine is ready, they're going to force the COVID vaccine on Americans in February, particularly black Americans. Because remember, before the vaccine was even developed, they said that black Americans should be the guinea pigs. For those who don't buy snooze, they were suggesting that black Americans should take it first.
Even for those who don't even own, read the newspaper like, certain things I say are the newspaper and people really have to get the link to the article. People are real lazy. And that bothers me. I just stopped talking.
Some people are just real lazy. Like, if I got the information, how did you not get the information? If I say something, just look it up. God damn, you got Google.
But you want me to send you the link? People are becoming extremely lazy nowadays. I have no idea what the fuck that's about. But that bothers me.
When you spend information, people say, oh, send me the link. For what? You got the same shit I got. Look that shit up on Google.
It's just for him. God damn. It's not a ring. But the others have to get that.
I was thinking about that. That's very interesting. Texas is a big, huge state. I think they got a million people in Houston alone.
Our dad is alone. A little alone, who say, the numbers are risen to a million. California, another huge state. They said numbers are 2 million.
Now New Orleans, a very small city. Compared to other megacities. Now New Orleans, maybe one of those cities, there's a tourist attraction. But New Orleans is not a megacitty.
New Orleans has a population of 360,000. That's not a megacitty. It's not. And that's why the COVID numbers are rising in waters.
But I want everybody to be safe. I want everybody to be safe out there. And that's all I really have. And the other thing is I've been on social video.
I've been trying to bring myself off a social video. Because it really has become a distraction.
