Joining host Kelly Scanlon is G3 Consulting founder and CEO Walter George, a food industry expert with more than 30 years of executive experience with growing companies. G3 Consulting specializes in serving small and medium-sized companies, enhancing value for both food and consumer product companies. Walt is an Investor Shareholder and a Corporate Director of Old World Spice and Seasoning Company, a position he has held since September of 2013. Mr. George served as President of the American Italian Pasta Company and Corporate Vice President of Ralcorp Holdings from 2010 until its sale to ConAgra Foods in 2013.  Mr. George previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at American Italian Pasta Company.  From 1987 through 2001, Mr. George held a number of senior operating positions with Hill’s Pet Nutrition, a subsidiary of Colgate Palmolive Company.
